My DH makes this when we're in the mood for chili - its been refined over the years to these ingredients.

SERVES 10 -12 , 1 large pot (change servings and units)

Ingredients

Directions

    Cook meat, onions & garlic in oil until meat is lightly browned in a dutch oven.
  2. 2
    Add all of the ingredients except the beans, blend well.
  3. 3
    Cover & simmer for 2 hours.
  4. 4
    Stir in beans, cover & simmer for an additional hour.
