A light, citrussy dressing, perfect for green salads or steamed green veggies.

SERVES 2 -4 (change servings and units)

    Whizz the nuts in a food processor until finely chopped but not powdery, or chop by hand.

    Mix with the oil, citrus juices, parsley and vinegar.
