This is a great recipe for those who love a great family fun meal . People that don't like quiche will like this . The potatoes are the crust so it tastes like a breakfast or meal in 1 slice yum a must try for anyone , I usually have this for dinner with salad. with this wonderful recipe you can make this vegetarian or whatever you want the filling is your choice. The cheeses are a must though the rest is your own choice for filling

I really like this recipe, and I'm not a fan of quiche. Its very easy and my family really enjoyed it. I used leftover ham, that I sliced and fried in a skillet to crisp it up before adding. This would also be good with made with cooked bacon instead of the ham. I didnt have swiss cheese, so I used a mozza & cheddar combo, it was great!

Great recipe. I didn't have any ham, but cut up some deli pastrami. I used fat-free half and half instead of the cream. Thanks so much!
