Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 small onion (chopped)
- 1 package dry onion soup mix
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 (4 ounce) can mushroom stems and pieces, drained
- 1 dash garlic salt
- 2 cups wide egg noodles
Directions

Brown ground beef.2
Add salt and pepper to taste and chopped onion.3
Next, add dry onion soup mix, 1/2-1 cup water.4
Stir in sour cream and sauce.5
Stir in chopped mushroom.6
Add salt, garlic salt and pepper to desired taste.7
Simmer for about 1/2 hour.8
Serve over 2 cups cooked and drained wide egg noodles.9
Serves approximately 5-6.

Wonderful!!! So tasty and easy!!!!! The dry onion soup mix with the sour cream were the perfect compliments to each other!!!!!
