Easy skillet dinner that kids generally love. Uses up leftover ham. I usually double this recipe.

This was a great, quick and easy dish! I made it just as directed (with peas) and we enjoyed it, but I may try with broccoli as another reviewer suggested because that sounds good too. All in all a very nice supper that I will make again!

This was quite popular at our house! We love peas, so I added extra; I also added more cheddar to the mix. Easy to put together and quick to disappear. Thanks for posting!

I loved this recipe for a few reasons. It was quuick, easy, and it goes a long way. The only thing was the peas, which I tried and it wasn't a big hit. It needs the vegetable though so then I tried it with frozen broccoli and now my kids are asking for this meal all the time. Thanks for a great recipe.
