This is awesome! It's my grammie's version of meatloaf. The glaze is nice and tangy and the ham and pork mixture moist and very flavorful. Ground ham is rather hard to find so I usually pulse ham steak in my food processor.

SERVES 8 -10 (change servings and units)

For the ham loaf

For the glaze

Directions

    Combine all ingredients for the ham loaf and mix well. Place in a large loaf pan.

    Bake in a 350 degree farenheit oven for 1 1/2-2 hours.

    Baste every half hour with the glaze mixture.
