I like to serve these to my children for after school snacks. They are also great as an appetizer. They are easily frozen and popped into the microwave for quick reheating.

This tasted so yummy! However, I could not get the little bites to come out like the picture. Make sure you spray your cookie sheet extremely well. Lots of sticking in this recipie both times I made it. Thanks!

Very tasty snacks. I made some with swiss slices and some with cheddar since I have people who don't care for swiss. Forgot to do the sesame seeds but the were optional, right? Definitely a keeper for parties and even just a game night here and there.

I tried this recipe this weekend for poker night and loved it! Not only is this recipe very fast and easy but it is also a very versitile one. I tried some made following the instructions exactly. Then just to add a little variety I also tried some made with turkey, turkey and ham, spicy brown mustard, dijon mustard, colby jack, mexican blend cheese, and poppy seeds. They all turned out wonderful! Perfect little finger food for a night of poker.

I'll add my opinion that these were a fun, versatile, easy, and yummy food. My four year old helped make them and definitely helped eat them! I made some with cheddar, some with swiss, and some with pepperjack cheese. I doubled the recipe so I have some to freeze for later.
