This is very yummy. I did not add pecan or raisins. I only had sliced ham and chopped it up. My husband gave it 5 stars too.

This recipe is amazing!!! Simple and easy to make! Love the dressing!!!! Used the optional raisins and package coleslaw mix. Yum, DiB!!! At least 19 stars! Will make again for sure.

This is fantastic! I added some salt to the dressing mixture and subbed some leftover bacon (folded in at the last minute) for the ham. The colors and combination of crisp and chewy, salty and sweet make this salad standout. It was a perfect addition to our Easter dinner! Thanks Di, this is a keeper!

i don't even like slaw, and i went back for seconds on this one! i added a little splash of white vinegar and some salt and pepper to the dressing, and i used bacon instead of ham, but that's all i did differently. THIS IS SUCH AN INCREDIBLE DISH! and it's so easy! i'll be making this a lot - thanks so much for posting.
