I am hosting a family brunch for Thanksgiving and I needed find a couple recipes for quiche. This one is very easy to put together. I added some sauteed onions and mushrooms to it after about 20 minutes in the oven so they would stay on the top. And I also covered the edges of the crust as it was already getting dark and still had about 23 more minutes in the oven. Highly recomended!

This was super easy and we had everything on hand except whole milk. I used 1/2 c. fat free half/half and 1/4 c. skim milk. It turned out great!

This was a very easy recipe to put together. I sauteed ham, onions & green pepper before adding to the egg mixture and used cheddar cheese. I didn't use a pie crust because I didn't have a prepared one and didn't feel like making one from scratch. I really didn't miss it though. I added salt and pepper the way I would if I were making scrambled eggs and found it a little too salty with the ham. I would probably leave out the salt next time. My one year old loved this.

A quick and delicious quiche. I added green pepper and my guests raved.
