Halloween Pumpkin Seeds

Don't throw your seeds! When you and your family carve pumpkins look for this recipe!

SERVES 4 (change servings and units)

Ingredients

  • 2 cups pumpkin seeds
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

Directions

  1. 1
    Preheat oven to 300°F.
  2. 2
    Rinse all the pumpkin guts of the seeds.
  3. 3
    Spread your seeds out onto a cookie sheet.
  4. 4
    Top with vegetable oil.
  5. 5
    Sprinkle with salt.
  6. 6
    Bake in oven for 45 minutes stirring every 15 minutes.
