We really loved this recipe! It's so simple but a really tasty way to enjoy grilled fish. The sauce wasn't overpowering and didn't mask the flavour of the fish, only enhanced it. Yummy! Thanks PanNan! Made for ZWT 4.

Wonderful recipe for making fish. The flavor of grilled fish is excellent. The herb sauce is easy to make and accentuate the flavors of the herbs. You can use your favorite fish or try different ones. It is so easy to prepare and so fast to make that is is well suited for any occasion. Try it as a starter or as summerly light dish. I will try every time I like to have fish with herbs. Delicious. Thanks for posting

This came out nice. However next time I will add more oil to lemon juice, it was a little tart for our taste. I used Angelfish fillets as I couldn't get halibut. I sprayed the fish with olive oil spray and grilled it for the times listed.
