A greek woman taught me how to make this halibut baked with fresh parsley, olive oil, garlic and vegetables. I made this for a dinner party and everybody loved it!

SERVES 4 -6 , 1 9x13 pan (change servings and units)

Directions

    Wash and pat dry Halibut.
  2. 2
    Cut into 4 - 6 serving size pieces.
  3. 3
    Place in 9x13" pan.
  4. 4
    Salt and Pepper halibut.
  5. 5
    Add remaining ingredients into bowl and stir.
  6. 6
    Pour mixture over halibut.
  7. 7
    Bake 425 for 20 minutes or until just slightly opaque in center. Pull out of oven and let sit 10 minute.
