Really good recipe. My husband and kids love it. Add some crushed red pepper and a little worcestershire sauce to give it a little kick. This is a staple at our house now.

This turned out kind of bland, but it was nonetheless a "comfort food." Definitely a different choice for dinner than our usual fare. I expected my husband to go for seconds or leftovers, but he didn't. He kept calling it "hamburger helper." If I get the craving for a stroganoff, I might make this again, but overall it didn't "wow" me.

Great meal to fix when you can't be there to tend the pot. Instead of cooking in crockpot, I put in covered casserole dish and baked at 350° for about an hour (while I was running kiddies to soccer practice). Came home, cooked the noodles and we ate!
