Easy. No cutting up into flowerets. Just put it on the grill a bit before the rest of your meal.

SERVES 6 (change servings and units)

Ingredients

Directions

  1. 1
Wash cauliflower. Remove leaves and stem. With a sharp knife, cut/dig out the hard core.
  2. 2
Tear a large piece of heavy-duty aliminum foil large enough to wrap the cauliflower. Place the cauliflower in the center if the piece of foil. Set aside.
  3. 3
In a small bowl, combine the softened butter and all the seasonings; mix well.
  4. 4
Spread the seasoned butter mixture over top of the cauliflower. Wrap tightly in the foil.
  5. 5
Place on top rack of grill, close lid and grill over med-high heat for about 50 - 60 minutes or until desired tenderness is achieved (you can test w/ a sharp knife or fork right through the foil).
  6. 6
Be careful not to get steam burns when openening the foil.

Yum! Love cauliflower, love bbqs and love this recipe. I skipped the nutmeg as I don't care for it. Simple and delicious. I served it up with http://www.recipezaar.com/Outback-Steakhouse-Style-Steak-52366

So easy & delicious! Because I dislike nutmeg, I omitted that and added some seasoned breadcrumbs. I'm always looking for new ways to cook veggies on the grill and this recipe "fit the bill."

Great and easy to make. I followed the recipe as written other then I didn't add the nutmeg as I didn't have any. I use my grill all year so I'm sure this recipe wil be used a lot.
