Very good! Love its versatility! Easy peasy to make. Used leftover turkey so this gave it a new "look". Thanks CoffeeB for a keeper.

These are really good — and really easy to make! Used my quesadilla maker for this, as it was just easier for us that way. Makes for a nice and quick dinner, and a change from the regular sandwich. Thanks!

Served this for "Saturday Lunch at the Farm" and these turned out beautifully. I followed this exactly, not changing one thing. I especially loved the chili powder with the Miracle Whip spread. I am not usually a big fan of Miracle Whip, but here, it tasted so, so, very, very good! I made three larger quesadillas, and after the swarm came in to eat, there was none left but a couple of crumbs...so that was that. You think there would of been more sharing going on, but apparently not with delicious recipe. Will making again and again. Spice was perfect for us. Made for Flower Power June 2009
