cannot believe someone left a 2 star rating for this recipe! I would never do that just because a recipe wasnt to my taste...so mean! This recipe is a yummy alternative to standard burgers! I recommend it heartily!

These burgers were great, but we are really crazy about the mayo spread/dip. We have made it to top grilled chicken and fish, have also used as a dip for grilled shrimp and chips. I mix 1/3 cup light mayo with 1 tsp of soy sauce and honey and 1 clove garlic(DH doesn't like ginger) Sooo easy and right up our taste buds. Thanks Debe we love it!

Great recipe! I used the leftover mayo mix to put on our baked Salmon sandwiches!
