This pie startes with my dough that is easy to handle and tasty. You can grill the veggies and sausage or saute them indoors the day before. This recipe is a great way to use left-over sausage and peppers so do use your favorite. As with all grills, keep a close eye on the pizza. Never thought of pizza on the grill - this was easy and great taste. Used Rita's Dough Recipe too (also easy). Result was nice crispy bottom crust and really great flavor.

I really enjoyed this pizza last night. Since I dont have a bread machine I used one of my own recipes for the dough. I scaled it down to one mini pizza for me and my mother. This was my first time grilling pizza dough, as well as first time using my new grill, and I dont know I'll make pizza any other way in the summer. The crust had such a nice and diffrent taste. Instead of garlic podwer I sauteed the garlic in olive oil to give the oil an awesome garlic taste. Love the topping and the whole idea of grilling pizzas. Will make again for sure!

Wow, this is the first time I ever thought about grilling pizza. I used a pre-made crust, and used Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and black pepper sprinkled over the sauce, then added toppings. It turned out fantastic. We did this at the lake, and we began drawing a crowd when they noticed the crust coming out of the ice chests. Good thing I brought extra crusts and sauce! You've really started something here. Thanks for sharing your recipe.
