This was so simple to make and tasted so good! Crispy on the outside, creamy on the inside! I served 10 Minute Szechuan Chicken over the rounds for a gourmet looking dish! Thanks so much!

This was excellent! I wanted to know how to make polenta, and this recipe was effortless and yummy! I didn't have OJ cans on hand, but used vegetable cans sprayed with Pam, and they worked great. I added a little parmesean cheese to them as well. They turned out great - Thanks!

This recipe for polenta was easy, quick and good. It fit all my requirements. I have tried one other polenta recipe but this one is best. I also used veggie cans, so the rounds were bigger. Thankyou to GinnyP from Sheila in Canada
