Quick easy healthy dessert.

Directions

    Melt butter with honey.

    Add rum and mixed spice.

    Place pineapple and banana onto oven tray.

    Brush with honey mixture.

    Grill (broil) for 3-4 minutes, turning once, until golden brown.

    Serve with thick cream or ice cream.

    Quite wonderful and so easy to make. The honey/rum glaze is lovely on the fruit. We kept this 'healthy' by eating as is - no icecream or cream. I would imagine it would be completely over the top served with the icecream!

    This is truly outstanding! I sauteed the pineapples in the sauce and added the banana at the last few second, just to coat. YUM, the hot sauce hit that ice cream and it had a melt-down..suggest having your ice cream dished and kept in th freezer until ready to serve. Thanks for posting this delight!
