Tried this recipe on a friend's reccomendation and WOW! What a unique twist to an old fave! Absolutely love it!

This was very tasty corn. I used an aged cheddar, sour cream and a bit more cayenne. Hubby ate 3 ears of corn!! It made a great side to Salsa Chicken (Salsa Chicken). This recipe will definately make a repeat appearance this summer.
