YUM!! I have LOVED shrimp since I was a baby - I used to sit on the back porch as a toddler and eat gulf shrimp boiled, with no sauce, as an afternoon snack! I am always looking for more ways to cook and eat shrimp as I prepare it at least twice a week in my house. This is a FANTASTIC recipe and should be re-named "The best tasting, easiest summer shrimp recipe"!! Both my husband and I LOVED this shrimp, and between the two of us we ate the whole pound! We have since served it to friends at our dinner parties and everyone raves about it! My only changes were: I used a lot more garlic because we love garlic in my house, and also added lime zest as well as the juice - the zest adds even more flavor and is a little sweeter.

Mmmmmm! Followed ingredient directions, but cooked in a pan on the stove. Served with black beans and cheese quesadillas. Made 3 picky little boys very happy....

Experienced transcedent seafood tastebud bliss. And this with frying the shrimp up in a pan instead of grilling them. Used 1/4 tsp. cumin and 1/4-1/2 tsp. salt. Shrimp had just the right bite with subtle tones from the lime, garlic and cumin. The oregano, salt and pepper helped blend the flavors. We served them with homemade fried rice and vegetables. This recipe is definitely a keeper.

Absolutely fantastic. I used 1/2 tsp. cumin, 1/2 tsp. salt, and 3 Tbsp. lime juice. I brought this to my sister's house for a cookout, and we did this first before the meat. Best shrimp on the grill I've ever had, by a long shot.
