Grilled Honey-Balsamic Salmon

Directions

    Preheat grill.

    Spray grill rack with cooking spray.
  3. 3
    Mix everything but salmon and cooking spray.
  4. 4
    Brush mixture over salmon steaks.
  5. 5
    Place steaks on grill rack, cover and grill 2-3 minutes on each side or until fish flakes easily.

    Serve immediately!

    I love salmon and this is no exception. The sauce is quick and creates a nice glaze for the fish as it cooks. In place of the steaks, I used fillets and adjusted the cooking time accordingly.

    Yum! A lot! I was too lazy to grill, so I cooked up the salmon in the oven then topped it with the glaze and finished it under the broiler. So tasty and simple and something different. I am not a fan of dijon mustard or honey by themselves, but mixed with the balsamic it is just perfect.
