This recipe turned my salmon non-eater into a salmon eater!! Thank you for posting this recipe Kim - life is much easier at the dinner table now!

I love salmon and this is no exception. The sauce is quick and creates a nice glaze for the fish as it cooks. In place of the steaks, I used fillets and adjusted the cooking time accordingly.

Yum! A lot! I was too lazy to grill, so I cooked up the salmon in the oven then topped it with the glaze and finished it under the broiler. So tasty and simple and something different. I am not a fan of dijon mustard or honey by themselves, but mixed with the balsamic it is just perfect.
