Grilled Cob Corn

The only way to cook corn!! juicy and sumptuous!! soak time 1 to 2 hours

SERVES 4 (change servings and units)

Ingredients

Directions

    Pull back husks and remove silk from corn, do not remove husks.
  2. 2
    Soak corn in husks in cold water for 1 to 2 hours.
  3. 3
    In a small bowl, combine butter, cheese, oregano, hot pepper sauce and salt, mix well.
  4. 4
    Brush corn with butter mixture, pull husks back in place.
  5. 5
    Place corn on grill, grill 15 to 20 minutes or until tender, turning several times.
  6. 6
    Serve remaining butter mixture with corn.

    Perfection. I'd never grilled corn in the husks and these were quite successful. I loved the idea they were already seasoned for eating when they came off the grill.

    We have always soaked our corn (in the husk) in either beer or water before grilling on the BBQ, but the add in of these spices were AMAZING.. Thanks for the post, Derf..

    YUMMY!! I did everything as directed, except maybe a little more Tabasco - seared them on the grill for 2 minutes each side and then moved them over for 30 minutes and they were awesome.
