I made this with lamb cutlets instead of chicken and the marinade was really very tasty! I'll definitely be making it again.

The fresh mint differentiated this recipe from all others. We loved it.

The marinade for this recipe is so tasty. I loved the fresh mint flavor - that really shone though in the finished dish. I used all of the optional ingredients too, which I feel added that something special to the recipe, especially the ginger. It took me a little longer to cook - about 45 minutes.

YUM! I think I might switch to using chicken thighs as my primary meat for everything (I currently use chicken breasts). This was delicious, I used all of the optional items in the recipe, but I think I used around 1/8 teaspoon of tumeric instead of ΒΌ teaspoon. On the Lemon/Lime juice I chose Lime and think it tastes better than Lemon would have after I did it. I marinated this for slightly over an hour. DB loved this and so did I. I usually use tongs to turn things over on the BBQ but it seems like most things marinated in yogurt stick to the grill and this was no exception, be sure to have a decent spatula to turn these with.
