I actually won a cash prize in our local paper for this recipe. My husband and I will eat the whole thing ourselves - make several if you're having guests. If someone you love doesn't care for cauliflower, this may be the ticket!

YUMMY. I mixed the parmesan in with the butter before spreading on the head - forgot the salt or I would have mixed that in too. Minor amount of sticking to the foil. Seemed easier to put together if I mixed it all up first and didn't seem to affect the flavor.

We loved this. We probably overcooked it - it was very soft, and most of the butter and cheese stuck to the foil - but it was delicious. Next time, I may replace the butter with olive oil, and stick some whole cloves of garlic in between the cauliflower florets. Thanks for posting!

This is very easy & tastes wonderful. Cooked in the Oven 375 for 1hr. Liked by all & there were some that are not big cauliflower people. Will be making this again. Thank you KeyWee.

FABULOUS!!! I went easy on the butter, and added a little garlic powder and ground black pepper. So simple, yet so good!!! Can't wait to make this for summer BBQ's!! Thanks! ~Manda
