I actually won a cash prize in our local paper for this recipe. My husband and I will eat the whole thing ourselves - make several if you're having guests. If someone you love doesn't care for cauliflower, this may be the ticket!

Excellent! Might not change the mind of someone who hates cauliflower but for those who enjoy it, it's a wonderful recipe and very easy to make. We loved it!!

We are low(er) carbing and so I always look for a way to fix veggies. THIS was absolutely delicious and I could have eaten the entire thing myself however I would have had to fight off the rest of the family as they all loved it too! Low Carb and really yummy is a great combination for us!

FABULOUS!!! I went easy on the butter, and added a little garlic powder and ground black pepper. So simple, yet so good!!! Can't wait to make this for summer BBQ's!! Thanks! ~Manda
