This recipe is delightful. I add some rosemary to the marinade and then marinate over night. Hubby puts it on the grill for 8-9 minutes on each side. Perfection!

My DH has repeated over and over again how good this is. I marinated it overnight.

I'm very picky about London Broil (it has to be Top Round, not the flank steak everyone else uses) This was out of this world. Great flavor!!! Only thing I did extra was to add some chopped garlic cloves (since we like it heavy on the garlic) and a little liquid smoke to the marinade (sorry, I use that alot when I grill out) This was fantastic and will use it all summer long! Thank you

This was fantastic. I loved the flavor that this gave the london broil. The only change I made was to use more garlic powder (1 tsp) and less thyme (1/8 tsp). Even with the extra garlic the flavor had a nice and clean taste. So many other marinades are so overpowering that you cannot taste the meat at all. But this was perfect. I will be using this from now on. Thanks!
