This is good and easy. I added garlic and ginger. No noodles or rice for me. Great with a salad.

Very good! I would suggest cooking the meat till tender before adding in the peppers and starch. Mine cooked to pieces before the round steak was tender. I will make again. Thanks for posting!

This is just the type of recipe I have been looking for! It was simple and there was plenty of room for additional ingredients. Frst of all, I marinated the meat in a little meat(sirloin) tenderizer, fresh garlic, and worch.sauce. Set in the fride for about 30 minutes. I also chopped up sweet onion and red bell pepper. It was WONDERFUL!! My husband ate every last bite, even what I had set aside for his lunch! This is definetly going to be eaten in my home many more times to come! THANKS, kimberlie14

just like mine except for the fact that i use a little crushed garlic and ond onion slices. Its quick and easy and tasty and on top of rice feeds more than you think.
