This is very good, but I think I would prefer more green olives and less black. Will try it that way next time. Meanwhile, will definitely enjoy this batch!

Good stuff, I made it for a family gathering, some had never had Tapenade. They loved it. Even olive haters ate it. I am making again for a baby shower, serving it with baguettes.

I made this as an appetizer for a very elegant meal. I accompanied it with Dancer^'s Herbed Crackers #46543. I got many compliments. Thank you Mean Chef.

Made this as the recipe stated, except for capers & parsley because we didn't have any. I'm sure these things would add another dimension, but it was delicious as it was & is even better today after sitting in the fridge overnight. Highly recommended to anyone who loves strong flavours, the garlic & olives blend perfectly. Thanks MC, I'll make this again!
