Cooked fresh beans 10 minutes in water to cover them, drained, added garlic chopped in melted butter. Superb!

We sort of do the same thing. We just stick a few slices of butter in a tin foil boat with the green beans, some salt and pepper, and garlic salt and throw 'em on the grill all overed up until they're cooked but still crunchy! MMMM!
