Yum, yum, yum. I made these a few months ago with green beans from Mom's garden.

Very tasty veggie dish. I didn't have any garlic so I subbed garlic powder, which was good but will use the real thing next time. I love green beans like this and will continure to make these. Thank you for sharing this easy side dish.

Very delicious way to cook green beans! I realized mid-reicpe that my last head of garlic wasn't looking so good, so had to substitute garlic powder. It turned out great! Next time I will try real garlic but this worked just fine as well. Not a bean left in the pot by the time dinner was over - and there were only 2 of us!
