A delicious dressing served over Greek Salad or over pasta. A very versatile dressing! A good marinade, too.

This was really good. Tasted alot like Caesar dressing though. I'm going to play with it a bit. Thanks for posting a keeper!

This is a wonderful dressing. It was fast to make and tasted great. I think it would be great over pasta, and I'm going to use it over sliced cucumbers instead of what I usually have done with just a little oil, vinegar, salt and pepper. Thanks for the recipe!

Yum! This dressing is soooo tasty! The only think I would change is to add less olive oil. It was way too much. I let the dressing settle and removed the oil from the top. The dressing is more tangy and tasty with less oil. I probably ended up with less than 1/2 of the oil I started with.
