I particularly loved the cumin and oregano in this wonderful recipe. I increased the garlic (a personal taste preference) but otherwise followed the recipe exactly. I served these meat rolls with a Greek salad and pasta. Thank you, KelBel! I'll be making these again, but next time I'll certainly make a double batch so that I have even more meals to freeze as this recipe is so eminently freezable!

Great Easy recipe. I made up a big batch and froze the meat mixture . This made it easy to make up as a quick meal later. Also smelt great when cooking. Added to my favourites.

first off i love lamb so actually i was a little dissapointed that it didnt come out better in this dish. that said i really liked this. i wasnt to smart and used a skillet instead of an electric skillet which would have made this dish much easier to prepare. but the wine sauce and the meat rolls blended very well and had a wonderful flavor thanks kelbel for a very nice dish
