Great fruit salad! I used strawberries, blueberries, peaches, and kiwi and the sauce matched well with all these fruits. I halved the recipe and still had lots of sauce left over - I think it would be great to flavor a smoothie too. Thanks for posting your recipe!

To make things easier, I bought a bag of frozen mixed fruit at Sams Club let it thaw for about 45 minutes, and then combined it with the sauce. I should have read over the recipe better, because I didn't realize how long the sauce would take to cool and was stretched for time.

I liked this salad! It is the perfect dish for a potluck picnic. I made mine with strawberries, blueberries, honeydew and canteloupe. Yummy! (Be sure and serve this with a slotted spoon.)

This has become a family favorite. Even the people in our family that don't really care for fruit like the taste of this. The sauce enhances the taste of the fruit. I use about half as much corn starch in place of the flour. I think it dissolves better.
