Great Buffalo Chicken Pizza

Great as the recipe says !

SERVES 4 (change servings and units)

Ingredients

  • 1 pizza dough (12 inch)
  • 1/2 lb chicken tenders, grilled
  • 4 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup hot sauce
  • 1/3 cup ranch dressing
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese, grated

Directions

  1. 1
    Preheat the oven to 400.
  2. 2
    Dice the cooked chicken.
  3. 3
    Melt the butter, add the hot sauce and toss with the chicken.
  4. 4
    Spread the ranch dressing on the pizza crust.
  5. 5
    Top with the chicken.
  6. 6
    Sprinkle on the cheese and bake for 10-12 minutes (or until the cheese is lightly browned).

    It is ready to be devoured!

Husband LOVED it! Now that I've mastered the "Beth's Pizza Crust" recipe, I've been excited to try new pizzas on my man! I didn't use any butter, used fat free ranch/low fat cheese & shredded chicken breasts. I used about 1/3 cup Frank's hot sauce & husabnd said it was better than his favorite pizza buffet . Words to live by & cherish! Thanks so much for sharing!

    I LOVE this!!! I used some leftover wing sauce that we had. My husband did not think he would like it with the ranch on the crust but we both loved it.

    This was SOOOO good! The only things that I added was a little crumbled blue cheese and a little diced celery towards the end of the cooking. Will be making this again very soon!!

    I made some minor changes to this and it was super! I used one Boboli pizza crust, increased the chicken to 1 lb, decreased the butter to 2 T (4 T is just too much), and added more Frank's RedHot. Make sure you have extra ranch for dipping!
