I have never had the courage to make gravy, my mother's was always terrible and so I always felt safe with the pre-made jar at the grocery store. But this has made me have faith. It was very easy and absolutely yummy. I was very proud of myself!

This was so simple and delicious! My husband was very impressed as I normally can't make a good gravy but this was a no brainer. With plenty of salt and pepper it had great flavor!!

This is great - fit the bill especially since it's been snowing for an eternity and I needed something warm and comforting. Just like my mom used to make! It's important to add enough salt and pepper, otherwise this can taste really bland. Exactly what I was wanting.

This gravy was very good-I used 1/4 pound Jimmy Deans hot sausage and 3/4 sage flavor-also used half and half and milk. Had a very good flavor. Thanks cj2 for sharing this!!
