Awesome cake. I did have a little problems with the directions as they list no pan size. I ended up using a 9x13inch pan. It was under done at the end of 45 minutes( and my oven is pretty hot). Left the cake in the oven at 300 for an additional 10-15 minutes then covered it and turned the oven off. It finally set up. No problem with icing. Great recipe.
