Gourmet Hot Cocoa Mix

Bulk hot cocoa mix in which different flavors can be made simply by using different flavored coffee creamers and pudding mixes
SERVES 16 -18 , 20 cups of cocoa
Ingredients
- 1 cup powdered milk
- 1 1/2 cups powdered coffee creamer
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup unsweetened baking cocoa
- 4 ounces instant chocolate pudding mix
Directions

Sift together all dry ingredients and store in covered container of your choosing.2
To use mix: stir 2 heaping tablespoons of cocoa mix into 8 oz. mug of hot water.
