I made this the other day and I'm not sure if I was a little heavy on the curry powder, or if my vege stock cubes were to blame, but it was extremely salty. Will have to try again with less of each to see. Was also pretty watery.

I made this for Zaar World Tour III this was very good soup. I thought I picked up red lentils from the supermarket but it they turned out to be green but I still used them in the soup. This didn't take away from the taste, it was wholesome and healthy soup. Perfect for Victorian winters, thank you Stardustannie

Such an easy and quick soup to make. Lots of flavour and the lentils gave this soup protein and body. I used gluten-free curry powder and stock cubes to suit my diet. Thanks for a very tasty soup recipe that I'll be making again
