Glory's Meatloaf

This meatloaf is firm and very flavorful. Leftovers make a great night time snack!

SERVES 10 -12 (change servings and units)

Ingredients

    In microwave-safe dish put soup base, onion, green pepper, and garlic with water and cook on high for 5 minutes.

    Remove and let cool. Mix all ingredients together very well except diced tomatoes and the jars of salsa.
  3. 3
    Place the meatloaf mixture in an oven proof baking dish and form into a loaf.
  4. 4
    Pour diced tomatoes and the salsa over top of the meatloaf.
  5. 5
    Cover and bake in a 350° oven 1 1/2 hours.

    Let stand 5 minutes before slicing.
