SERVES 4 , 4 sweet potato servings (change servings and units)

Directions

    Drain sweet potatoes.
  2. 2
    Cut into smaller chunks and place them in a 4-5 quart slow cooker.
  3. 3
    Add butter, brown sugar, orange juice, salt, cinnamon and stir well.

    Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours.

These were tasty, subtley spiced, sweet potatoes. We enjoyed them but found them to be very sweet. The soft tender texture was excellent. I loved that you could taste the orange juice in the potatoes themselves. Thanks for sharing your recipe weekend cooker

    OMg.... another sweet potato, weekender. I was going to use fresh taters, but stuck with you on this one, so glad I did. OU and brown sugar were a nice addition. Delish and sooooooooooooeasy. Made for newest. Sorry no pic.
