These are very good. My family all enjoyed these carrots, its a nice change of pace from regular boiled carrots. I will use your recipe again, thank you for posting.

These carrots are so yummy. I cut the recipe down for 2 people. Steamed the carrots, melted the butter in a skillet with the brown sugar then added the carrots. Cooked them about 10 minutes as stated. Delicious carrots they are like they are candied, Thank you for posting the recipe. Will be making these again soon DH loved them.

These were really, really good. We'll make them again. But the picture sure doesn't show carrots cut lengthwise — which I did. I'm wondering if that is an error and they really are supposed to be sliced. I'm sure they are just as good either way.
