From: "Complete Home Bartender's Guide" by Salvatore Calabrese. "For those who love the taste of toffee and chocolate after dinner. Plus, it's real creamy."

SERVES 1 (change servings and units)

Ingredients

1 ounce Creme de Cacao
1 ounce butterscotch schnapps
1 ounce heavy cream
grated chocolate, to garnish (optional)

Directions

Pour all ingredients into a shaker with ice. Shake.

Strain into a cocktail glass.

Garnish with grated chocolate if desired.

This is a good drink. At first it was a little strong for me, so I added a little bit more of the whipping cream. That helped. This is definitely a sipping drink. Thanks for sharing your recipe. Made for the Feb Bevy Tag game. When I originally reviewed this on Feb 26 '08 I forgot to put stars on it. Sorry about that.
