I made this last night for my friend and I and we both agreed it was like drinking very watered down bubbly apple juice. I think next time I would add some more apple juice concentrate and try again. Thank you for an easy recipe though It just wasnt what I was looking for!

I am with ncmystershopper, I usually don't like apple juice but this is very refreshing. I served this with Sunday brunch and it gave an extra special feel to the meal. Thanks for posting and being such a great Diva!

I've had this twice now and keep forgetting to review it. Like many other chefs reviewing trying this beverage. I find apple juice to be too sweet. So as you might imaging this fizzy concoction really appealed to me, what I didn't get from the review was how nice the ginger works to bring a crisper or sharper flavor to the drink, I used ground ginger on my prior attempts, but think juice extracted from fresh ginger would be fantastic. (Think ginger beer.) Made for *Zaar Stars*.

Enjoyed it! Like the others, I find apple juice alone too sweet, and loved this fizzy gingery drink! Thanks for sharing the recipe!
