I really enjoyed this as part of tonight's meal. I went with a low fat yogurt instead of the sour cream and it still worked well. Made for ZWT4.

Oh dear, for our tastes the sour cream didn't compliment the steak. So sorry friend Diner. Made for 1-2-3 Wonders tag game, please see my rating system.

This was a excellent meal. I used beef tenderloin, grilled, sliced and then topped with the onion mixture. I did use yogurt for a lower fat version. Made for ZWT 2008

Yum! This was something I was expecting to be 'OK' but the taste far exceeds the limited effort and ingredients involved. The trick really is to let the onions gradually soak up that butter - I cooked even more slowly than indicated so don't be tempted to rush it and you'll be suprised by the results.
