My husband had been wanting me to make these. I used my Salad Shooter. The first time I grated once. The next time I grated part of the potatoes twice to make them finer. I liked results when grating once better. So far mine aren't real pretty, but they sure taste good.

I topped these with fresh cracked black pepper and Vermont maple syrup. I still prefer Irish potato pancakes, but these were very nice for a change.
