This was really easy to make, and super tasty. The worst part of it was how expensive fiddleheads were this year. Time to hit the fields and bag some myself. I made this with a white wine and herbes de provence- marinated tempeh dish.

A co-worker brought in some fiddleheads today and we gave this recipe a shot. Delicious! Something else to look forward to in the late spring.

I picked a jacket pocket full on my afternoon woods hike and had this recipe for lunch. It was my first time cooking/eating fiddleheads. Wow, I like them! Thanks for the recipe.

Served with an aromatic lamb curry and long grain brown rice. Perfect way to introduce my daughter to fiddleheads. Lovely.
