Quick and easy appetizer. You can make ahead and real impressive.

SERVES 3 -5 (change servings and units)

Ingredients

Directions

  1. 1
Mix all ingrediants together with the shrimp.
  2. 2
Put in zip lock bag or covered bowl.
  3. 3
Put in the fridge for 1/2 hour to overnight.
  4. 4
1/2 hour is just as good.
  5. 5
Put shrimp onto a sided cookie sheet.
  6. 6
    No need to drain.
  7. 7
    Preheat oven to 500.
  8. 8
    Bake 7-9 minutes.
  9. 9
You can leave the shells on for guest to peel (too messy for me).
  10. 10
Another idea is to put individual portions of 4-6 on a skewer and then bake (take those shells off first).
  11. 11
This is quick and no mess.

These were very tasty, but I did omit the salt and I don't think it was missed. Easy recipe. Would also be good, I think, with dried basil instead of parsley.

Simple and fast to make. Would suggest less salt and turn over shrimp while baking.
