This is great on everything.

1/2 c. (change servings and units)

Ingredients

3 tablespoons garlic powder
3 tablespoons seasoning salt
3 tablespoons pepper
1 tablespoon salt

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a bowl; store in an airtight container.

a great spice mix with everything on hand I made a triple batch.. I have been on a spice hunt here at zaar & this is another WINNER.. I left out the salt though as I figured the seasoned salt had enough for my taste anyway.. if you make this you may want to try it BEFORE the added salt as I did I found it had a GREAT taste without it.. thanks for posting this oh and I am off to make your Indian Spice Blend you have some awsome seasonings posted thanks

I was really in need of Garlic Seasoning for Dave's Rib Rub and Pit Barbecue Ribs Dave's Rib Rub and Pit Barbecue Ribs by Hey Jude. What a lifesaver this recipe was. Thanks so much Dancer for posting this recipe.... I will try this on other stuff as well.
