So easy, so good.

    Preheat oven to 450F.

    Coat a baking sheet with olive oil spray.

    Slice the potatoes super-thin, arrange slices on the baking sheet, then coat'em lightly with olive oil spray.

    Sprinkle with the garlic powder, bake for 10 minutes or until brown and crisp-- then enjoy!
