we really enjoyed these. I left the garlic in when i mashed to potatoes not sure whether i was suppose to or not as it doesn't say. I also peeled my taters as someone in my household does not like skins

Made and reviewed for the Zaar swap #17 June 2007. I found nothing special about these spuds, sorry. The flavours were too mild to make a difference.

Excellant potatoes. They went great with our dinner tonight. This is a keeper for everyday meals. Thanks for posting this recipe for us all to try.

Very easy to make and the flavours blend well. They really went well with Pork With Mustard made with a pork fillet and Broccoli Dijon and steamed carrots. A great meal for family and friends. A real 'keeper' recipe for me
